Nourish yourself this winter with this mountain retreat to activate your vitality and connect to ancient wisdom. We will explore teachings and resources from lineages that hold treasures of healing alongside exploring our own experiences that resonate with these ways.
By dedicating time to learn from ancient systems, we can keep these ways alive. Traditions of healing that have lasted thousands of years as common resources for caring for health and happiness need stewards in this time. When people practice these ways, we breath life into these teachings. This allows us to integrate the wisdom into their own lives and contribute our life energy along with them. Just as the Earth needs stewards to tend healthy landscapes, wisdom traditions need hands, breath and presence to be carried along through the journey of time.
