Follow up adult visit (ages 13 and up) in person.
Service Description
Appointment for teens or adults (age 13 and up) for current patients who have been seen within the past 11 months. Integrative medicine naturopathic, Chinese & anthroposophical medicine assessment. Includes comprehensive evaluation of medical history and physical health review, exploration of emotional and spiritual health factors. This visit includes hands on treatment that may include acupuncture, bodywork, exercise therapeutics and more. A thorough integrative medicine treatment plan will be provided after the visit including further evaluation and follow up recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
In order to support our business sustainability, appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Changes made after that time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged the full rate of service. If you have extenuating circumstances, please email stillwaterclinic@gmail.com for this policy to be reconsidered.
