Service Description

Integrative medicine assessment for current pediatric patients (age 12 and under), telemedicine. Must have been in for previous visit within the past 12 months. Full re-evaluation and review of treatment plan.

Cancellation Policy

In order to support our business sustainability, appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Changes made after that time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged the full rate of service. If you have extenuating circumstances, please email stillwaterclinic@gmail.com for this policy to be reconsidered.
