This is a service for new patients to have an opportunity to connect and see if Dr. Hart is the right practitioner for you. This service does not include any medical evaluation or advice. You will receive a phone call at the time of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
In order to support our business sustainability, appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Changes made after that time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged the full rate of service. If you have extenuating circumstances, please email stillwaterclinic@gmail.com for this policy to be reconsidered.
