Integrative medicine initial or annual visit for pediatric patients (age 0-12).
Service Description
Appointment for new pediatric patients and return patients who haven't been seen by Dr. Hart in 12 months or longer. Integrative medicine naturopathic, Chinese & anthroposophical medicine assessment. Includes comprehensive evaluation of medical history and physical and emotional health growth and development. This visit includes hands on treatment that may include acupressure, bodywork and exercise therapeutics. A thorough integrative medicine treatment plan will be provided after the visit including further evaluation and follow up recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
In order to support our business sustainability, appointments may be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Changes made after that time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations 24 hours or less will be charged the full rate of service. If you have extenuating circumstances, please email stillwaterclinic@gmail.com for this policy to be reconsidered.
